But it REFUSES to roll when he is set down in position. I don't know if it is a weight or balance issue- putting to much pressure on the wheels- they are thin little things, I really don't know. I could not figure out how to make him run even though by all accounts he SHOULD be able to roll. Normal signs of age and use as would be expected. Realistic Customer Expectations= Customer Satisfaction ... I am a junk dealer, not a chain retailer. Most of the items that I sell are vintage, used and loved- they are RARELY going to be perfect. You may consider something a problem that I have not even considered as a defect.
