Wind this little tin puppy up and watch his tail wiggle and his head move up and down while he "barks”. He measures approximately 2-3/4" x 5-1/2” with the back stamp reading T.P.S Made In Japan. This appears to have paint wear and scratching commensurate with age. All moving parts are intact and working well.
