Description

This is a delightful mechanical wind up bubble blowing bunny. Made in Japan in the 60s. He is about 10 inches tall to the tips of his ears. Box is just under 9 inches tall, his ears fold down slightly while in the box. He sits on a tin base that has pictures of the bubble blowing monkey, bunny, and bear on it. You see the monkeys a whole lot more for some reason. Plush is in decent shape, except for where the bubble solution has matted it down on the arms, see photos. Mechanism is tight, and you can make it work by turning the key, but it will not run on it's own. Some lubrication may fix that, I don't know, so take it as semi working. Box is in fair shape with some creases and holes. Inner liner to raise the bunny is still in the box, but I will leave it reversed for shipping to avoid damage. Overall, this a pretty good toy.
