Description

This is a cute/rare mechanical tin litho windup toy of a little shoemaker/cobbler. It was manufactured in the 1950’s by Alps in Japan. It is in good pre owned working condition. It was recently serviced and oiled. The windup animatronics work fine, as he hammers the shoe, then pulls another nail out of his mouth. (see photos/video for condition). I recently acquired the toy out of a Pennsylvania estate clean out. Measurements: 6” in height.
