I tried to find this exact Santa for sale and there are a lot out there that are similar. But I can't find one that says Walt Disney on the back. On the back it reads 257 Walt Disney Productions and LM Line Mar Toys Japan. I believe the Santa is celluloid but not positive. There is normal wear and tear to this. It's not pristine. Some of the paint job was sloppily done. Works but you do need to give Santa a push to get it rolling after winding. Likely from the 1950s. 4 inches tall by 4 inches long.
