Please see ALL of the photos, this is the exact bear (and original box) you will receive. The toy works fine. When wound up, the two drums sticks beat on the drum (fairly loud!). Please note, the paper underneath the drum is ripped (see pic #3 above). I don't believe this affects the sound given the noise it makes now, however I cannot say for certain. The rip can only be seen when you turn the bear upside down. The original box is in good condition.
