Vintage Round Up Tex 'The Whirling Cowboy' Wind Up Western Toy. Circa 1950's. Winds up and spins metal lasso. Mechanism is working properly. The base has a missing area in the plastics and there is a small open area under the winder in the back - please see photos. Measures 9 3/4" to the top of the lasso. The face and other areas have areas of missing / worn off paint -- left as is for you to decide to repaint or leave as is.
