A connected all metal key wind mechanism allows the bike to move around on his trike while the back wheels turn and the bell/dome spins and rings. The bell is lithograph in bright colors. Face has painted features and molded, nose, eyes, ears, hat, mouth and detailed outfit features. He has molded and rooted synthetic red hair which curls up. He holds handle-bars.
